We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to communicate with you and provide services you register for.

What information do we gather?

Whenever you register for an event at Samadhi Retreat, we will ask you for your name, your contact details, and your dietary preferences and mobility or health needs.

When you subscribe to the Samadhi Retreat mailing list we will ask for your name and email address.

We ask for this information:

• So we can give you the best retreat or learning experience

• So we can support your meditation practice

• So we can inform you about upcoming events

• So we can comply with legal obligations (eg contact tracing).

You can decide what information you provide. If you withhold information about diet, health etc we may be unable to cater for your needs and preferences.

How do we store your information?

When you sign up for our mailing list, your name and email address will be stored in a password protected database in Mailchimp.

When you sign up for a retreat or other event, your name and other details will be stored in a password protected database in Google Drive.

Who do we share your information with?

No-one sees your personal information except the owners of Samadhi Retreat, and the teachers of any retreat or other event you come to.

Samadhi Retreat will never sell yourinformation or disclose it to any organisation without your permission.

Correcting and changing your information

We will retain your contact details and registration information unless you ask us to remove them from our records.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us.
